Action plan for supporting the development of next generation measures(4th)

The following action plan is formulated so that employees can perfome their abilities, harmorize work and life, and create a comfortable employment enviroment.

 

1.Planning period:3 years from July 1 of 1st year of Reiwa to June 30 of 4th year of Reaiwa

   [Goal1]:Promotion of taking chirldcare leave for male employees

    ・Implemetnation of education to promote understanding and awareness reformation of managers so that male employees can also take childcare leave
    ・From October of the 1st year of Reiwa

    ・Recommendation of taking chilecare leave to male employees(whose spouse has give birth) and their superiors

    ・From October of the 2nd year of Reiwa

    ・Confirmation of acquisition results for one year and consideration of new measures

    ・Conducted a survey on the status of taking annual paid leave
    ・From October of the 1st year of Reiwa

    ・Management Department and Health committee considered measures
    ・From January of the 2nd year of Reiwa

    ・Posted in-house about taking annual paid leave and started educational activities for employees
